Trapped in the Closet by R. Kelly

i dont know if y'all are paying any attention to what R. Kelly has done since being accused of peeing on an underage girl but it's pretty awesome.
on his last album "trapped in the r&b closet" he included 5 tracks, "trapped in the closet chapters 1 - 5" and videos to go along with them. well, he's gone even further and now there's a dvd out of the first 12 chapters. it isnt a book (yet...) but i thought it was worth discussing.
the premise is R. Kelly wakes up one day in another woman's bed and her man comes home so he hides in the closet. her husband has a lover as well. R. Kelly goes home and finds his wife is cheating on him with a policeman. the policeman's wife is cheating on him with a midget.
total. fucking. madness. and it gets worse. probably the trashiest soap opera ever, but it's better than the daytime dramas because they have cellphones and guns and R. Kelly sings everyone's lines. why is this worth our time?
well its great entertainment and raises all kinds of interesting questions (is r. kelly serious? why did his label/producers let him do this? etc) but whats more:
it seems to be very relevant to a situation i found myself in recently (without the being trapped in a closet part). you know that sooner or later one of the characters is going to say "hey, i've got HIV" and then everything will go to hell and all the hipsters will stop laughing.
let's say the midget has HIV. well, then he gave it to the whitetrash lady who gave it to the policeman who gave it to R. Kelly's wife who gave it to R. Kelly who gave it to Cathy who gave it to her husband who gave it to his lover...and on and on and it's a nightmare we're all alive in now. it reminds me of a conversation i had a while ago with a friend when we tried to find a connection through sexual partners from me to him and (!!) lo and behold i probably inderectly gave him HPV.
relevant. chilling. download it. it's a lot more funny than finding out you have a sexually transmitted disease and/or infection but it might get really bad really soon. hmm...anyone still wondering why r. kelly is winning awards for this? (i am, i seriously doubt it's for the reasons i give, but...)
